Good morning! It’s been quite a while since Will and his team replaced my roof (10/20/2022), and I am still very impressed with how it turned out. I did some research about which roofing company to choose and a friend recommended Will. Appointment was seamless and after a full inspection of my roof, he felt confidence that my homeowner insurance should cover the replacement because 1) wind damage causing a few shingles to peel off 2) discontinued shingles. I told insurance company there’s wind damage and Will was able to meet the inspector/adjuster assigned by the insurance company while the inspector is measuring and checking my roof. I wasn’t there. Insurance company moved along with replacing my roof and used exactly the same reasons Will said to me at the beginning. There’s a little hiccup caused by me: I wanted to use the shingles that are listed by insurance due to its high wind resistance/grade/safety quality so my insurance bill would go down more after the replacement, however the initial shingles I chose is not on the list. This was two days before the replacement and I called Will. He carries other shingles that are on the list and came with sample shingles for me to pick. And he was able to have a quick delivery of all shingles newly selected plus the dumpster truck. I did have a satellite on my old roof and they had to take it down for new roof replacement. Will took care of the small expense of satellite replacement and installment. Thanks for all the good work!
